There are two ways to complete the registration process on your Start a Sleep Career pathway.
Focused Training: I took the 80-Hour Introductory Course and received an email with a final exam testing code. After passing the 80-Hour Introductory Course Final exam, your account will automatically convert access to the series of Online Self-Study Modules.
Clinical Experience: I am completing the series of Online Self-Study Modules.

The Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) is an advanced-level credential for health care professionals and educators who work directly with sleep medicine patients. The CCSH credential enables providers to improve patient outcomes, educate the community, and promote healthy sleep habits.
The AASM developed the CCSH Education Program to equip Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT’s) with the education needed (CCSH: Eligibility Pathway 3) to meet the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) eligibility requirements to apply to take the CCSH credentialling examination. The program helps health care professionals to learn more about other roles available within sleep technology.

Online Self-Study Modules
The Online Self-Study Modules consist of a series of interactive learning components. You will have access to the modules for three years from the date of account registration to freely review and reference to prepare for a sleep technologist certification exam (e.g., RPSGT/CPSGT).
